At Kayakalp Yoga Academy, we are committed to providing a meaningful and transformative yoga experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation policies.

1. No Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made to Kayakalp Yoga Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from a course or program after registration.

2. Credit & Transfer Options

Though payments are non-refundable, we do offer the following flexibility:

• Validity Period: Once you have paid for a course or program, the amount can be utilized anytime within 1 year from the date of payment.

• Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a direct family member (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) within the validity period.

3. Course Rescheduling

If you are unable to join a batch after registering:

• You may reschedule to a future batch within the 1-year validity, subject to availability.

• Please inform us at least 7 days in advance for rescheduling.
